9/25/02 Seattle, WA - Evergreen Healthcare has named
Seattle-based Practice Partner's Practice
Partner Patient Records as their electronic medical
record (EMR) system. They will implement the system
to automate clinical documentation at their primary
care clinics Evergreen Medical Group and Family Medicine
of Redmond.
Evergreen Healthcare's primary care division consists
of 40 providers at 10 different locations. The installation
will enable the different locations to enhance the efficiency
and the quality of care they provide by storing much
of their patient information electronically so that
is readily accessible and easier to manage.
The acquisition and implementation of Practice Partner
Patient Records represents the Evergreen Healthcare's
first steps toward the development of an integrated
community health information network that will extend
beyond the primary care division to encompass facilities
across the District.
