Eric Rose, M.D. Joins Practice Partner as Practice Partner EHR Product Manager

08/02/2005 Seattle, WA — Practice Partner, a leader in the development of electronic health records (EHR), practice management, and computerized physician order entry (CPOE) software, announced today that Eric Rose, M.D. has joined the company as the EHR Product Manager. Dr. Rose will assume product management responsibilities for Practice Partner Patient Records, Order Entry, and Appointment Scheduler.

Dr. Rose is a board-certified family physician who comes to Practice Partner after seven years as the physician lead on the University of Washington’s ambulatory EHR project. He holds faculty appointments at the University of Washington Department of Family Medicine and Division of Biomedical and Health Informatics. Dr. Rose received his graduate informatics training at the Oregon Health and Science University and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) Public Policy Committee.
